Mark KelnhoferAs Director of Concept Development, Matthew provides an unmatched perspective in restaurant concept creation as he currently operates his own restaurant in the Cleveland, Ohio area. With more than twenty years in the restaurant industry, Matthew has held positions including Executive Chef, General Manager, Regional Manager, Managing Partner or President for restaurants/groups such as Edible Arts Catering, Snickers, The Hermit Club, Max’s Grille, Bravo Development and Sweet Melissa’s.

His degree in engineering allows him to help bridge the language gap between the financial and fiscal responsibilities of managing a restaurant while maintaining the integrity and quality of the ingredients used to turn profits.

Matthew has successfully developed several restaurant concepts with management of concept, menu design, architectural design, code compliance, construction, operations and cost management.
